If a minister is asked a question during Question Time, can they request the Prime Minister answer instead?
In Question Time, a minister could refer a question to the Prime Minister, but this is rare. However, it is more common for the Prime Minister to ask a minister to answer a question if it is about government matters for which the minister is responsible.
