How many people are there in the Cabinet?
There are approximately 20 ministers who are part of Cabinet. This is the top-level decision-making group within the Australian Government.
According to the Ministers of State Act 1952, there can be no more than 30 ministers, but not all ministers are in Cabinet.
The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet publishes a current list of all ministers, including which ones are in Cabinet.

Description
Cabinet is a group of senior ministers in the government including the Prime Minister. The members of Cabinet are sitting around a large wooden table in the Cabinet Room having a meeting. In Cabinet meetings, ministers decide on government policy and national issues.
