Can a Member of the house of representatives get elected again after their 3 year term?

Yes, a senator or member of the House of Representatives can be elected many times as long as their election is valid and they meet all the criteria for being a member of parliament (see section 44 of the Australian Constitution). There is no limit on the number of terms a member of parliament can serve.

The longest serving member of the Australian Parliament was Billy Hughes. He was a member of the House of Representatives from 1901 to 1952 – a total of 51 years and 7 months.
