Dissenting report

If some committee members do not agree with the recommendations, give them an opportunity to write and present a dissenting report with alternative recommendations.

Amendments

The committee recommendations may include amendments – changes – to the bill it was investigating. You can make these changes in either the House of Representatives or the Senate using the following amendment scripts:
